SHIPPING POLICY
All of our items are lovingly handcrafted in small four-person workshop located in rural Williamstown, Vermont, USA. Each piece takes 4-6 weeks to ship from the date it is ordered and is sent through UPS Ground, fully insured for your peace of mind.
RETURN POLICY
If for any reason your product fails to meet your expectations, you may return your item and we will refund 100% of your purchase price within 30 days of the items 'ship date'.

The product must be returned in the original packaging and in the original condition that it was delivered to you.
Returns over 30 days from the date of delivery may not be accepted. Please Contact Us with any questions or concerns.

Exchanges can be processed within the above guidelines as well. Please note, they will be separate transactions.
Products must have been purchased directly from Bergamot + Amor® for refunds or exchanges. To help facilitate the process, please contact us for return instructions. Return processing time may vary; we will make every effort to expedite your return as quickly as we can. Your cooperation is very much appreciated!
