SHIPPING POLICY
All of our items are lovingly handcrafted in small four-person workshop located in rural Williamstown, Vermont, USA. Each piece takes up to one week to ship from the date it is ordered and is sent through UPS Ground, fully insured for your peace of mind.
RETURN POLICY
Items being returned must be in our possession within 30 days of the date they were originally purchased.
Condition: Unused, odor-free, and in all original packaging. Proof of Purchase Card and a copy of the original receipt must be included to be accepted.
